DartAds Terms of Service

Summary in plain English. DartAds is DartNode's internal advertising tool and this site describes it. You are welcome to read everything here without an account. DartAds is not a product you can buy or log into, it advertises only DartNode, and it follows the policies of the advertising platforms it connects to. If you are a DartNode hosting customer, your hosting relationship is governed by the DartNode Terms of Service.

1. Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at ads.dartnode.com (the "Site"), operated by Snaju Inc., doing business as DartNode ("DartNode," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. The Site exists to describe DartAds, the advertising management application DartNode built and operates for its own marketing.

2. What DartAds Is (and Is Not)

  • DartAds is an internal application owned and operated by DartNode. Access to the application itself is limited to DartNode staff.
  • DartAds serves exactly one advertiser: DartNode. It is not an agency product, not an advertising network, and does not accept third-party advertisers or clients.
  • DartAds does not display advertisements on this Site, on dartnode.com, or inside DartNode's customer dashboard.
  • Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell DartAds or to provide advertising services to any party.

3. Use of This Site

You may browse the Site freely; no account or login is required. You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the DartAds application or any DartNode system; (b) interfere with the Site's operation, including by automated means that impose unreasonable load; (c) misrepresent an affiliation with DartNode or DartAds; or (d) use the Site in violation of applicable law.

4. Advertising Measurement

DartAds measures the performance of DartNode's own advertisements. If you reach dartnode.com by clicking a DartNode advertisement, the click identifier in the URL and any resulting signup or order may be recorded and reported back to the originating advertising platform as a conversion, as described in the DartAds Privacy Policy. Those reports identify the click, not your identity, your account contents, or anything you host with DartNode.

5. Platform Compliance

Where DartAds integrates with third-party platforms and APIs, including the Google Ads API, DartNode's access to and use of data obtained from those platforms is governed by the applicable platform's terms and policies, including, for Google APIs, the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. DartNode does not sell data obtained from such platforms and does not use it to target advertising at any individual. Every campaign DartAds launches is reviewed and approved by a person before it can spend.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, the DartAds name and branding, and all content on the Site are the property of Snaju Inc. or its licensors. You may not use the DartAds or DartNode names, logos, or branding without prior written permission, except for accurate, nominative references.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DARTADS PLATFORM ARE INFORMATIONAL AND MAY EVOLVE AS THE PLATFORM CHANGES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAJU INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

9. Relationship to Other Agreements

If you are a DartNode hosting customer, your purchase and use of hosting services is governed by the DartNode Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the DartNode Privacy Policy. These Terms govern only this Site and the DartAds platform described on it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
